Sheshank Kamshetty

Sheshank Kamshetty is a Co-founder and the Managing Director of Vibrant Minds Speciality Hospitals Pvt Ltd, the company behind SYNAPSE, with Synapse Mind Clinics as the brand’s flagship Psychiatric Clinic & Neuromodulation Centre. He leads Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.

Experience

His entrepreneurial path began in 2007 with Kamonics Business Services Pvt Ltd, a Hyderabad-based Web Development and E-commerce venture he founded and led as Managing Director. In 2010, he Co-founded Rays Specialty Hospitals Pvt Ltd, a venture focused on the treatment of lifestyle-related diseases. It was his first exposure to healthcare, and to the link between lifestyle, diet, and long-term wellbeing. That thinking carried into his next venture, GingerPac Readyfoods Pvt Ltd, the company behind EzyCook, a Ready-to-Cook recipe-pack brand built to make healthy, home-style cooking convenient. Not every venture went as planned, but each sharpened the operational and financial judgment he brings to Synapse today.

From 2019, Sheshank turned his focus to studying finance, economics, and investments in depth, building expertise across asset classes including equities, bonds, REITs, InvITs, commodities, mutual funds, ETFs, and Real Estate, and learning to evaluate them on various parameters such as Valuation, Risk, Liquidity, Duration, and Tax Efficiency, among others, before investing. He has been an active independent investor since, and also manages his family’s Real Estate portfolio.

In December 2024, he Co-founded Asha Neuromodulation Clinics (ANC), Kokapet, alongside his wife, Dr. Allam Bhavana. Clinical operations began in March 2025, his first venture bringing his operational and financial background to mental healthcare. In 2026, after connecting with Dr. Chytanya Deepak and Dr. Swetha Reddy. S and finding that they shared a common vision along with a clear understanding of the growth potential in the field of mental health, the four came together and founded Vibrant Minds Speciality Hospitals Pvt Ltd, with SYNAPSE as its brand and Synapse Mind Clinics as its flagship Psychiatric Clinic & Neuromodulation Centre.

At Synapse, Sheshank continues to lead Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, while remaining an active investor.
