Psychiatric Consultations

Every new patient begins with a full psychiatric evaluation: a conversation about your history, current circumstances, and what's brought you in, not a checklist. From there, our psychiatrists build a plan that may include medication, and review it regularly as things change.

Conditions seen include anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric conditions. Both in-person and secure online consultations are available.

Personalised Therapy

One-on-one sessions with a licensed clinical psychologist, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), chosen for what you're navigating rather than applied as a one-size-fits-all program.

Therapy can run alongside psychiatric care or stand on its own, depending on what a person's evaluation points to.

Deep TMS Neuromodulation

Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment delivered via a BrainsWay machine, typically considered when standard treatment for depression (including anxious depression), OCD, or smoking addiction hasn't been enough on its own.

Crisis & Acute Support

For panic, severe depressive episodes, or emotional crises that need prompt attention, our team provides timely intervention and works with you on a clear stabilisation plan, not a one-off consultation. Where in-patient care is needed, we coordinate a referral to Asha Hospital for stabilisation, and our specialists continue to follow up on your care after discharge.
